You may bring your own food.

Outside alcohol is prohibited.

You must provide your own tablecloths, paper products, serving utensils, etc.

Grills of any kind are not permitted.

No open flame chafing dishes allowed.

Campfires sites do not have any electric or place to plug in crackpots.

Moderate decorating of Campfire sites is permitted.

Roasting sticks are not provided with Campfire rentals but are provided if a hot dog or s'mores package is purchased. The sticks are for “renting” only and remain the property of Flinchbaugh’s Orchard.

Reservations are made online only.

Payment for the campfire site package is due in full when making your reservation.

Rentals are on a first come, first served basis.

Campfire rental packages are non-refundable.

Parties can be rescheduled within the season based on availability.

If Flinchbaugh’s Orchard closes due to inclement weather the campfire rental package fee will be refunded.

Additional pre-purchased admission tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. We encourage you and your guest to wait until the day of your event to purchase your online admission tickets. We never run out of admission tickets.

Due to unpredictable weather patterns, Flinchbaugh’s Orchard and Farm Market may wait until noon to make a decision on the availability of afternoon events.
