Each ticket is good for one person on the date printed on ticket. Farm Bundle tickets are accepted on any date that each individual farm is open. Please be sure information is correct before hitting submit.

You are agreeing to our Visitor Policies, which include the following:
* Smoking or vaping are not permitted anywhere on our property, including parking lots, orchards, fields or any of our grounds.
* Adults are responsible for their children at all times.
* Anyone caught stealing will be removed from the property with no refund.
*Pets on the Farm -Dogs are permitted on the farm premises ONLY in the following areas: corn maze, sunflower fields and pumpkin patch. They are NOT permitted in the Farm Market, Pick Your Own Orchards or on Wagon Rides, unless they are assistance pets. Dog owners are required to appropriately clean up after their dogs and remove their trash. In addition, your dog must be leashed and people friendly. If there are concerns, we do reserve the right to ask you to remove your pet from the property.

Please Note: Pumpkins, apples and corn are agricultural crops and therefore subject to weather, growing conditions, and ripening variables. Stay tuned to our Facebook page for up-to date info.

There are NO refunds.

The event is an outdoor event and therefore held weather permitting.

Should a complete crop failure arise or Flinchbaugh's cancel events due to weather, tickets will be exchanged for future Flinchbaugh's Orchard & Farm Market event tickets OR Flinchbaugh's Orchard & Farm Market merchandise.

I understand and acknowledge that, except for limited circumstances listed below, an agritourism activity provider is not liable for any injury to or death of a participant resulting from an agritourism activity. I understand that I have accepted all risk of injury, death, property damage and other loss that may result from an agritourism activity.

I understand that an agritourism activity provider is not protected from liability if the provider:
(1) Performs an act in a grossly negligent manner and causes injury or damages to a participant.
(2) Purposefully causes a participant’s injury.
(3) Acts or fails to act in a way that constitutes criminal conduct. (4) Recklessly fails to warn or guard against a dangerous condition that causes injury or damages to a participant. A dangerous condition is a condition that creates an imminent and substantial risk of injury or damages to a participant.
