A Photographic Experience
Photographers - if you have a client looking for photos among flowers, we can help! The sunflower and wildflower fields offer rows of flowers in a range of colors and textures! They are already in bloom! Join us after September 1st for private sessions in the apple orchard!
What is accessible: While here you may use the sunflower or wildflower fields or the apple orchards (your choice in session type), photo props, corn barn, straw bale maze and market exterior for photos. Please follow any signs indicating you are to "STOP - Do not pass this point."
Sunflowers, Wildflowers and Zinnia Fields: available July 15 - October 15 (or first frost)
Apple Orchard: available August 24 - October 25
NOTE: There will be certain times that the sunflower fields will not be in bloom due to the growing season. However, wildflowers and zinnias will bloom continuously without interruption during the listed dates. If you are looking for sunflowers solely - please call us (717-252-2540) and ask for Brandon or Julie to confirm sunflower blooms for your dates
Mini sessions with multiple clients during your selected time is acceptable - it is your time, and you may schedule with your clients as you wish.
Session Reservations: All reservations and payments should be made through the photographer and not the client(s). Session fees are based on time reserved on the registration form below. $15 per half hour. You are welcome to reserve multiple dates and times; you will just need to reserve them in separate "transactions."
Flowers and apples are not to be cut/picked or damaged in your session time. If you are seeking to cut sunflowers, wildflowers, or zinnias, or pick apples please purchase below. Stuff a cup flowers - $10.99 each. Half peck apples - $10.
NO REFUNDS will be issued. HOWEVER, a future credit will be issued if cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled time slot. If there is inclement weather, you may choose to reschedule your date and time at the farm.
Due to the high number of beneficial pollinators at the farm, please ensure your clients do not have bee allergies prior to scheduling. Chances of a sting are extremely low; however, safety is our priority.
Pet Policy: Dogs are permitted on the farm premises and in the flower fields. They are NOT permitted in the Farm Market or Apple Orchards, unless they are assistance pets. Dog owners are required to appropriately clean up after their dogs and remove their trash. In addition, your dog must be leashed and people friendly. If there are concerns, we do reserve the right to ask you to remove your pet from the property.
When you (and your guests) arrive park in the grass lot to the left of the farm market driveway labeled "Overflow Parking." Check in at the Farm Market to confirm your arrival and for any specific details to keep in mind for your visit.
The farm and orchard lays as an awesome back drop to celebrate life's biggest milestones - from first dates to proposals, engagement or maternity shoots and wedding anniversaries to birthdays! Be sure to share what happy memories you make at the farm.
